Shipping Time:

Tracking:

All orders come with a tracking number that can be viewed on the carrier’s website. Customers will receive an email with tracking information once the order has shipped.

Wrong Address:

It is the responsibility of the customer to provide the correct shipping address when placing an order. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, we will contact the customer and offer to reship the order for an additional shipping fee.

Damaged or Lost Packages:We are not responsible for any packages that are damaged or lost during shipment. If a package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at enquiry@herselfjewelry.com and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

Pearls are made naturally by the oyster or mussel. They can last a liftime (or more) if properly taken care of, without losing their shine or color intensity. After each wear, use Herself Jewelry silver polishing cloth to wipe your pearl jewelry as perspiration and body oil from the skin is acidic and may affect the pearl jewelry's lustre.

CARE FOR SILVER

Using Herself Jewelry's silver polishing cloth, gently rub the silver several times. This will remove the tarnish and dullness, keeping your sterling silver like new. Once cleaned and polished, silver must be kept dry and properly stored with anti oxidant bag.
