Refund policy

At Herself Jewelry, we strive to ensure your total satisfaction with every purchase. Products purchased at a regular price that remain new, unused, uncustomised, unadjusted, and undamaged, with original Herself Jewelry packaging, may be eligible for a return under the following conditions:
  • Request a refund within 15 days of receipt (inclusive of weekends and public holidays) by sending an email to enquiry@herselfjewelry.com

If your return request receives approval, we'll promptly send you an email confirmation with detailed instructions on how and where to send your return package.

Please note: we cannot accept items returned to us without a preceding return request. It's essential to initiate your return request before shipping items back to ensure a smooth and hassle-free process.

Online Purchases

We accept returns of all products purchased online at herselfjewelry.com excluding the items outlined below. We offer refunds and store credits for online purchases. Unfortunately, we are not able to offer exchanges at this time and instead encourage you to place a new order for your desired item and return the original item for a refund.

Please remember to retain your invoice or proof of purchase when returning your order.

Returns can only be accepted if:

  • You request a return within 15 days of receiving your order.
  • The item is unused and in its original condition.
  • The item is in its original packaging and unworn. We can only accept the return of 'gift sets' if all original components and packaging are in original, unused condition.
  • All items, including gift boxes, must be protected in secure packaging when you return the item.

We do not accept returns of:

  • Sale Items: All sale or promotional items purchased during sale periods are final. We do not offer refunds or credit notes on sale items that have been marked down or red-penned unless the product is faulty, in which case we will provide a full refund. Items purchased using a discount/promo code are only eligible for store credit (this excludes the welcome offer code if any), unless faulty
  • Earrings: For hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept any returns on earrings, unless the item is faulty, in which case we will provide a full refund
  • Solid gold products (order to make), unless it’s proved quality issue.
  • Customised products and loose pearls
  • Used products
  • Gift Cards and Vouchers
  • Consumables
  • Bulk return(3 pieces and above) 

Please note: All returned items will be inspected and quality assurance checked at our office on return and it remains at the discretion of Herself Jewelry as to whether the item will be accepted for refund based on the conditions above.

To ensure a smooth process:

  • Upon receiving your returned products, we will process your request within 7 business days and send an email notification confirming the same. Kindly note: it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process refund, please wait patiently. However, if you have not received the refund in 15 working days, you may contact us at enquiry@herselfjewelry.com
  • Please note that Herself Jewelry does not cover carrier fees associated with returns.
  • To secure the return package, we recommend choosing a carrier with tracking services and insurance. Herself Jewelry cannot be held accountable for any loss incurred during transportation. 

Faulty or damaged items:

If you received an item online which you believe to be faulty or damaged, please contact us immediately at enquiry@herselfjewelry.com with 2 - 3 clear images, your order number and a detailed description and we will be in touch with next steps.

Of course, we also want you to be aware of a few important points:

Just so you know, even if you get free or discounted shipping, we still shoulder the original cost of shipping for every order. So, we're unable to refund this part. For those orders that enjoyed free shipping, we'll need to deduct an S$8-20 shipping fee from the refund amount based on your destination.

About Order Cancellations:

If you need to cancel an order before it's shipped, we can certainly do that, but there will be a small 5% restocking fee subtracted from the total paid. This helps us cover payment processing fees that we're charged by our credit card processors and Shopify payments. Be sure to check your order thoroughly before finalizing it.

Kindly note: once your order is shipped, we're unable to cancel it. However, if you change your mind after receiving your package, don't worry! Just get in touch with us, and we'll help you navigate the return process. However, we kindly request you to not refuse delivery, as undelivered packages might be destroyed by the shipping company. And unfortunately, any associated costs will have to be handled by the customer. We'd really like to avoid such situations for your convenience!
