Processing Time:
Orders are processed within 2-5 business days and shipped out accordingly. Although we strive to get orders out as soon as possible, processing times may increase during peak times and holidays.

Shipping Time:
International shipping can take up to 14 working days depending on the destination. Please note that these shipping times are estimated and not guaranteed.
Tracking:
All orders come with a tracking number that can be viewed on the carrier’s website. Customers will receive an email with tracking information once the order has shipped.
Shipping Carrier:
We use several different carriers for shipping, the carrier used depends on the destination and package size.
Wrong Address:
It is the responsibility of the customer to provide the correct shipping address when placing an order. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, we will contact the customer and offer to reship the order for an additional shipping fee.
Please note: shipping address with PO, APO, FPO or DPO included is not acceptable.
Damaged or Lost Packages:
We are not responsible for any packages that are damaged or lost during shipment. If a package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
Import Duties and Fees:
Customers are responsible for any customs or import duties and fees associated with their orders. These fees are not included in the shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer.
